What is the difference between remote and onsite support?

Remote support is done securely over the internet — no visit needed. Onsite support means a technician comes to your home or office, ideal for hardware issues, network cabling, or printer setup.

What is included in the Protection Plan?

The Protection Plan covers 2 computers and 1 printer with unlimited remote sessions, virus removal, routine tune-ups, anti-virus maintenance, and priority phone and email support. Billed $49/month or $449/year (saves $139).

Is there a contract for the Protection Plan?

No long-term contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Annual plans run 12 months and renew automatically — cancel before renewal to stop.

What if my issue isn't fixed?

We stand behind our work. On-Demand Remote sessions include a 30-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we'll fix it at no extra charge.

How much does data recovery cost?

Data recovery starts at $149 for logical failures (deleted files, corrupted drives). Physical drive damage is quoted after diagnosis. No data recovered — no fee.

Do you service businesses as well as homes?
